The NSWRL are running a Recreational Rugby League Gala Day during the second week of the school holidays.

This Gala Day is FREE and will be played under new and exciting modified rules.

Teams are made up of 10 players in total with 8 players on the field at a time. The NSWRL will provide team shirts for all participants with players free to wear their own shorts and socks.

The aim of these Gala Day’s is to have players playing in a relaxed, enjoyable and inclusive environment. There are no coaches, just team managers who facilitate interchanges and ensure their team is ready for their next games.

Details of the Gala Day are:
Wednesday 4th October – Richie Benaud Oval. U10 and U12 age groups. Team nominations AND individual player nominations are welcome with individuals wanting to participate being placed into teams on the day.
